Your private portal
Your owner and dog profiles live in your own private portal — where you'll also receive daily updates and review report cards over each stay.
Step 01 · Complete Registration
Tell us everything we need to care for them
Before your first booking, set up a simple owner profile and dog profile online — together with your dog's routine, feeding, walking preferences, vet details, and anything we should know to care for them exactly as you would at home.
It takes a few minutes and helps every stay start from a place of familiarity.

A gentle hello — and one calm first stay
Once you're registered, every new dog begins with a relaxed trial stay with us — a calm first visit where we get to know your dog's personality, comfort and how they like to rest, eat and play, followed by one short stay so we can see how they settle into our home.
If you'll use Day Care
A single trial day — drop-off and collection just like a regular day care day, so we see exactly how they settle, play and rest alongside Baxter.

If you'll use Overnight Boarding
Choose our overnight trial — it covers both overnight boarding and day care, so there's no need for a separate day trial. One calm overnight stay counts as both.
from £40 (adult) · £50 (puppy)
Only need boarding for a short spell? A day trial is enough for boarding stays of up to 3 nights — but for any stay longer than 3 nights, the overnight trial is required.
If you already know you'll board overnight with us, simply book the overnight trial — it covers both, so you only need a single visit.
Once your trial stay is booked, lock in your boarding or day care dates at the same time — we'll keep your trial and your stay together.
Meet Baxter
Our gentle young Show Cocker Spaniel
At the heart of the retreat is Baxter — a friendly, gentle young Show Cocker Spaniel who calls our home his. Many dogs enjoy having a playful companion nearby during their stay, and Baxter loves a quiet new friend to share the garden with.
Every introduction is carefully supervised, and we never force interactions. If your dog would prefer their own space — or just needs a little time — they can be comfortably settled in our dedicated retreat room or another quiet area of the house. Your dog's comfort always comes first.
Step 03 · Book Their Holiday
Secure their holiday the moment your trial is booked
You don't need to wait for the trial to be completed — the moment your trial stay is booked, you can lock in your boarding or day care dates at the same time. Secure your preferred dates early, with real-time availability and your spot kept for you, so your dog's holiday is held while their trial happens.
